These Terms and Conditions outline important details regarding enrollment, payment, training delivery, and participant expectations. By participating in our training programs, you agree to these terms, helping us create a positive and productive learning experience for all.
Explore Programs1. Registration and Fees
1.1 Annual Registration Fee: The company shall pay a non-refundable annual registration fee of Kshs 20,000 to register its students. This fee is required to fulfill the registration of each student under the company’s sponsorship.
1.2 Individual Registration: Each student must complete their registration form individually, accessible via www.kiflaps.ac.ke/registration.
2. Certification
2.1 Upon successful completion of the training program, students will receive certificates signed by both KIFLAPS and the company. This co-branded certification acknowledges the company’s commitment to employee development.
3. Customized Curriculum
The curriculum will be tailored to suit the specific industry requirements of the company, ensuring relevant language skills that directly apply to the company's operational context.
4. Payment Terms and Tuition Fees
4.1 Payment Schedule: Training will commence once the company has agreed upon the tuition fees and made the initial payment for the first level. Installment payments are accepted based on prior arrangement.
4.2 Payment Methods: Fees can be paid via bank transfer or cash as agreed.
4.3 Payments are to be made in Kenyan Shillings (Kshs.) or US Dollars ($) through bank transfer or cash.
5. Training Location
5.1 The corporate training sessions will be conducted at the client’s premises, providing convenience and minimizing disruption to the company’s operations.
6. Attendance and Participation
6.1 It is expected that all participants adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, with any absence or tardiness promptly communicated to KIFLAPS.
6.2 KIFLAPS reserves the right to withdraw participants who miss multiple sessions without prior notice, as this may affect certification eligibility.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 The payments made are non-refundable. Tuition fee refunds are only applicable if KIFLAPS cancels the training.
8. Liability and Limitations
8.1 KIFLAPS is committed to providing quality training, though specific outcomes may vary. Results depend on participants’ engagement and the company’s application of skills learned.
8.2 KIFLAPS is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages arising from training sessions held at the client’s premises.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Training materials provided by KIFLAPS are for personal and company-internal use only and should not be shared outside the organization without permission.
9.2 All materials, methods, and curricula remain the intellectual property of KIFLAPS.
Student Terms and Conditions
All prospective students must meet the eligibility criteria outlined for each specific training program. This may include educational background, prior experience, or specific skill levels. Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of the registration form.
Regular attendance is mandatory for all training sessions. Students are expected to engage actively and participate in all scheduled activities. Students are required to inform KIFLAPS in advance if they expect to be absent from any session. Excessive absences may impact course completion status.
Tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the training program unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in the Refund Policy section.
KIFLAPS expects all students to maintain professionalism and respect towards instructors, fellow students, and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary actions, including removal from the program without refund.
All course materials provided during the training sessions are for personal use only. Distribution or unauthorized sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited. Any intellectual property, including course content and materials, remains the property of KIFLAPS and its trainers.
Certain programs may require students to complete assessments or exams. Students must meet the minimum passing criteria to receive a certification or completion certificate. Certificates are issued based on successful course completion, attendance, and performance in assessments, where applicable.
KIFLAPS is committed to protecting student privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment and training will only be used for purposes related to the program and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
