Leadership
Someone owns the answer.
Kiflaps runs on four desks. Each one owns a different question, and none of them hides behind a general inbox. Find the desk that owns yours, then send it there.
One rule above all desks
Nothing is stated as fact until it is confirmed. Everything else on this site follows from that.
The desks
What each desk owns, in the words people actually ask.
- Standards
Programme standards
Which levels run, what each end-of-level assessment asks, and how the CEFR ladder and the exam pathways line up with what is taught in the room.
I watched French for five years without studying it. Is B1 the right room for me?
- Admissions
Admissions and intakes
The Student Applicant form, placement checks, the three intake windows, the four-week closing rule, and every fee the site publishes.
My form went in last week. Which intake am I being considered for?
- Support
Learner support
The day-one promise: small cohorts, honest placement, and study support while a level is running, from the first session to the final assessment.
I missed two sessions and the assessment is next week. What are my options?
- Front desk
The front desk
Walk-ins and tours at Kendahouse during the published hours, directions, and putting a face to the inbox before you commit to anything.
Can I see a room and meet someone before I pay the deposit?
How calls get made
Three rules that outrank the target.
Unconfirmed stays unconfirmed
A number only appears on this site once it is checked. Professional programme fees say to confirm them with admissions because that is exactly what you should do.
The room sets the pace
When demand grows, new rounds open. The teaching format does not get stretched to fit more chairs into one room.
Advice follows your clock
Levels are paid one at a time and every level ends in an assessment. Guidance about what comes next is given with that result on the table, not before it.
Reach the school
Every desk starts at one of these four.
